Recognition we didn't award ourselves

Every credential on this page was granted by somebody else: an anonymous survey of our own staff, an audited partner program, a federal contracting office. That's the only kind worth publishing.

Named a Best Place to Work in Indiana

Seven times since 2018, and in the top three of our category two years running. The ranking comes from an anonymous survey of our own team, which makes it the one award our people give us rather than the other way around.

For a client, that number is a delivery risk indicator. Companies that can't keep staff hand you a new team every quarter.

“The systems we build decide how fast a child gets placed and how quickly an aging adult gets care. That work rewards patience over novelty, which is why we optimise for keeping people, not impressing them.”

A company built for public-good work

Brite Systems was built around a specific kind of problem: the systems that decide how quickly a child is placed, how fast an aging adult gets services, how well a nonprofit knows its own members. That work rewards patience and domain knowledge more than novelty.

We work in three connected practices: AI, data and Salesforce. In practice they're the same project. A model is only as good as the data beneath it, and neither matters until it reaches the caseworker's screen.

We're headquartered in Indianapolis, and most of our longest relationships are within a few hours' drive. That proximity is deliberate.

1Stay through the boring partRecognition compounds because our engagements do. The measure we care about is renewal, not launch.
2Build for the people at the keyboardCaseworkers and program staff are the real users. If a system slows them down, it has failed no matter what it cost.
3Hire for the long gameSeven Best Places to Work honors are downstream of one decision: keeping good people long enough to get good.

Let's build what matters.
